CVS - A Health Care Company?
3 comments:
I appreciate all forms of comments on my writings. I find that I miss the sponteneity of coming to read them here when they were unmoderated. I believe I wrote less due to the moderation. I have decided to adopt limited moderation. Hopefully the prior problems with unfettered comments will not arise again. Please feel free to comment as you wish about the essays I write. I will maintain those comments that offer kind-hearted and gentle opinion... be it positive or negative. The opinions of your comments will, of course, need to have relevance to the post as well.
According to the company line - CVS will lose about $2 billion /year in gross sales dropping tobacco from their offerings. Pretty expensive publicity stunt if the loss in sales is 1/4 that.
ReplyDeleteAs to calling themselves a health care company - seems to me the name means nothing anyway. The industry should be called the health profit industry. Their could give a rats ass about our health.
I apologize for the poorly written comment. Not sure what happened.
ReplyDeleteDon't have CVS here that I know of. We have at least smoke shops in town, I buy my tobacco there.
ReplyDeleteHad to go to the doctor today, blood pressure is too high, of course we discussed my smoking, like I told them, if I didn't smoke I'd fucking be perfect.
I know it isn't good for me, especially at my age, but it's not that easy to give it up.
