Indian Delights

I appreciate all forms of comments on my writings. I find that I miss the sponteneity of coming to read them here when they were unmoderated. I believe I wrote less due to the moderation. I have decided to adopt limited moderation. Hopefully the prior problems with unfettered comments will not arise again. Please feel free to comment as you wish about the essays I write. I will maintain those comments that offer kind-hearted and gentle opinion... be it positive or negative. The opinions of your comments will, of course, need to have relevance to the post as well.
Maybe, some day, DH will get us some Indian food, just to try. I've never been to an Indian restaurant. I do watch the cooking shows, but I have no idea what some of the spice flavors even taste like. Your anniversary dinner sounds very interesting!
ReplyDeleteYou have done well with your running! It seems to have helped you in more ways than one.
Congratulations, Professor, you are evidently in rude health! Spinach and paneer make a delicious samosa filling, but I'm not sure whether your restaurant would serve somosas.

ReplyDeleteLOL, well done! You can send me an email through this account I believe ( click on the name as link to go to the profile), so I can respond with a mailing address. Just have to decide which pipe to use. Possibly my best briar.
ReplyDeleteReply email sent.
ReplyDeleteBack in the day, going to an Italian restaurant for spaghetti was about as exotic as we could get. We have a many more menus to chose from than we did 60 years ago. And that's something to enjoy and celebrate.
ReplyDeleteIndeed! It is very nice to taste other culinary cuisines!!!
