Rain

Because of some early meetings, I got up to run at 4:30am this morning to give me a little extra time.  

It was 76 degrees out so I ran again without a shirt.  I almost feel naked when I do that.! It is kind of fun. The weather was threatening rain, so I was solo the whole way. The torrent of rain started at abou the half mile mark and continued the rest of the five miles.  You might be surprised, but it is actually quite fun to run in the rain.  I just keep my baseball hat low so I do not get much rain on my glasses so I can see.  Having a quick pipe and then off to work now.

    Running in the rain. Akin to dancing in the rain. I can see it. Warm enough, enjoy it while you can, the weather will be turning on us before you can whistle Dixie.

    It's a pity you couldn't have run completely nude, Professor. It might have given you a taste of the Homo Erectus lifestyle!

    4.30 am??? Running - my monitor went black presumably in shock at that point - at that time in the morning?

    I do nekkid rain dances..when I had my little house in country I danced nekkid in the rain all the time..so running in it must have been great fun.

I appreciate all forms of comments on my writings. I find that I miss the sponteneity of coming to read them here when they were unmoderated. I believe I wrote less due to the moderation. I have decided to adopt limited moderation. Hopefully the prior problems with unfettered comments will not arise again. Please feel free to comment as you wish about the essays I write. I will maintain those comments that offer kind-hearted and gentle opinion... be it positive or negative. The opinions of your comments will, of course, need to have relevance to the post as well.
