Burst of Energy

I am not sure, it may be the Summe light levels or it may be that I am not teaching (still doing a lot of administrative b*llsh*t however) but I seem to be in a high energy mode.  I have been doing a lot of work, I have been joyfully running at least three of the five miles each day, I have been having a LOT of "activity" with my wife, I have been swimming a lot, I have organized my garage, and still been doing all the normal stuff too.  It has been wonderful!  This burst of energy started about two weeks ago.  Keep it coming, please!
