Lack of Hunger

I have not been enjoying food as much as I typically do.  It may be partially stress as I am still in a week that is not "routine" in terms of my day-to-day activities.  There are a sh*tl**d of little usurpers of my time this week and most everything I hold dear in my normal routines is pretty much shot to hell.

When I was heavier, I used to eat more (fairly mindlessly) when I felt this way because it would relieve stress.... but keep me heavy.  It seems I have been reasonably successful in quelling that behavior.  Now I am more inclined to not eat... but while that may help me stay at a normal BMI and even give me a little "wiggle room", it is still a challenge because I still do not have a really strong set of behaviors I can rely on to do to help dissipate this stress WITHOUT eating.

I stopped fussing or caring about the bigger picture and that has helped me a lot.

The doctor this morning said I'm in surprisingly good health for a man my age (that still whacks off once a week), guess I'm just fucking blessed. :-)

I do need to eat more, I'm down to 131 pounds.
