Swimming

Whatever the hell was going on with the headache I had fortunately went away.  By about 7pm I was back up to snuff.

We went out to eat breakfast with an elderly, visiting friend this morning.  She happens to like a very old style, very "greasy-spoon" sort of establishment in the old downtown area, so we went there .  I ended up eating oatmeal and dry toast with jelly, grapefruit juice,  and coffee.   My wife, the kids, and the elderly friend had various mixes of French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, and hash-browns.   It was a very nice visit.

After we left our friend (who was going to go visit he niece and her family), all of us decided to go to the community pool and swim for a few hours.

It has turned out to be a really nice day.

I wish we had some nicer days here but I'll have to move to get them.

Some old greasy spoon places put out some pretty decent food if you haven't sanitized you immune system to much.
