Art
There really is art in the practice of science research. It *IS* an artistic endeavor. However, it is a far different beast from the traditional arts. I greatly enjoy art and visit museums and other art venues often. However, I often wish I had more time to really immerse myself in art appreciation, or even in the pursuit of a more traditionally artistic pursuit. I guess it is not that I do not have time, it is that I have not made time for it. Sometimes, like today, I wish I had, or that I would do so. The above paiting is Claude Monet's "Chef Pere Paul". The photograph is of Monet, himself.

There really is art in the practice of science research.
I can certainly agree with that even though doing science myself is mostly over my head. And that's okay, got through life being a mechanic and having other skills. Someone had to fix those monkeymobiles.
I smoked a few less bowls yesterday, still working on it.
I like the science of black powder shooting, that's pretty much my level as science goes.

It’s posted (her picture) on the internut, I didn’t post it there, deal with it. Lot’s of dead people are viewed as art everyday, I’m pretty sure she isn’t complaining. She gained a kind of immortality by being viewed and appreciated long after she left here, and no one should take that away from her.
I don’t know what their problem was (and I didn't say she was a bitch) and I’m not taking any time to try to figure it out, I have my own shit to deal with and I’m not much interested in the spoiled and famous.
