Thank you (Sarcasm)
I appreciate all the wonderful 37 comments (in case it is difficult to interpret, I am saying this first sentence with sarcasm). I left the ones that were not hurtful to people up. I sincerely thank those people who did comment in a kind fashion.
If people plan to continue this foolishness here, please know that I will simply (and regretably) need to move to moderated comments.
Since this post is all about you who are choosing to be hurtful, I guess there is really no need to write anything that concerns me today.

Sorry I hurt your feelings, professor.
I saw all the deleted Leslie comments. For the record, it wasn't me. I think it's probably highly evolved of you to to feel stress about change. Channeling Desmond Morris (of his heyday in 60's or 70's) I think it makes sense for the animal to react with trepidation to anything it perceives as threatening its safety/serenity. Nevertheless: feel the fear and do it anyway.
thimscool:
I am not saying you specifically hurt my feelings, thimscool. I only removed comments where people were saying unkind things about others. I can handle people saying things about me, but I do not wish people to use my comments section to instill hurt on others.
This Brokendown Life:
Thank you greatly for your comment. It was a perfect comment for me in regards to my earlier post. The feelings I am experiencing are trepidation... mostly because whichever path I choose, I am giving up FOREVER on what could have been in the other path. That scares the hell out of me.
BBC:
You know I think you are a great friend and a great guy. I only removed your posts that were being hurtful to others.
ALT-F:
I find you to be very interesting and have enjoyed many, many of your pleasantly erudite comments. I again, just like with BBC, have only removed your posts that had hurtful comments towards others.
Leslie:
I have had (at least I think I have had from some of the previous "anonymous" posts that ended with "-Leslie") several comments from you that have been well received and have helped me. I appreciate them. I only have removed your posts that have hurtful comments towards others.
So, everyone. Simply stated... please be considerate towards others. That is all I ask. You can berate me, if that is what you wish, but it is just not appropriate for me to allow you to hurt each other in my comments section.

Beth, Harry, & Jane:
I apologize for not specifically addressing you in my previous comment:
1. Beth... I greatly appreciate your comment and have looked at the book you mention. I am thinking I may get it. Better yet, I should encourage my wife to get it so I can read it but not have the "O" designation on my account [grin]
2. Harry... not sure if you are a big fan of racing or not, but I do enjoy watching it, both on television or in person. In person, however, I wear earplugs, and drink a lot more beer. [grin]
3. Jane... yes, you are right. I do have to make some sort of decision. And, I hate having to make a decision.
Beth, Harry, & Jane... I thank you for your comments and appreciate them.

Pipe, not as big a fan as formerly; too much politics.
THANKS PIPE !!!!!!
Your posts are not here so someone can come here and pick at me when I'm trying to just stay with the subject. And you have warned her about that before.
Martha Beck's columns are a regular in O magazine, but her books are available on Amazon or wherever you prefer to buy books, and both men and women benefit from them. I linked to some columns that specifically address choices, but the books are so much more.
Listen to what your gut tells you in making a choice such as this. Try to observe how your body feels and reacts when you think first about how one choice would be, and then the other. Stop worrying about what you might give up, but instead about what you will gain. Every choice, whether deliberate or because of inaction, forges a new path, and some wonderful things can happen that you could never imagine. I have been there more than once.
The Daytona 500 is next week, I like the super track races and will watch it if I get a chance to. That gal that grabbed the pole position seems to be pretty damn good. Even though starting on the pole doesn't mean much at the end of a two hundred lap race.
I'm not as fond of Nascar as I used to be, it's all pretty hard on mother nature.
I do not recall actually commenting on this post.
Why am I being addressed here?
ALT-F:
I commented to you on this post because I was looking back at the prior post to this one, and wanted to explain to the people who commented why some comments were removed. Additionally, I wanted to point out what things I also appreciated from the people who commented.
