Lots of Tasks Today

I had a lot of work and home related tasks, so this was the first moment I had to write.  But, sadly I am too tired to think of even something mundane to say.

Were your pipes formerly a part of your "pause to think during a busy day" routine? If so, I wonder what you've come up with to help you avoid being "too tired to think"?

Hello Pat!

Yes, my pipes were that sort of reprieve for me. I sincerely miss them in that regard (as well as many other ways as well). They had always been very capable friends in helping me to reset my mind when I was perturbed or sad, and would enhance joyous or contented times to help me feel “more”.

I do not really have anything in their place. Running is helpful in dissipating stress, and for that I am thankful..... but relieving stress is a different beast from having a reprieve or a way to enhance emotions.
